This is a recipe that I got from my great auntie about 30 years ago to make her delicious green grape gelatin salad. This recipe is super easy to make! I like to make it and put it in my Tupperware gelatin mold which works great with this recipe.
Green Grape Gelatin Mold Recipe
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin mix
2 tbsp. cold water
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
In a large saucepan, combine all of the above ingredients over medium heat and bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Let is sit until it starts to firm up and stir in 2 lbs. of green seedless grapes. Stir and then pour into the Tupperware Jel-Ring Mold, seal. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until firm. Unmold the ring onto a bed of fresh crisp lettuce.
