My Review: The generous folks over at Premium Organic Cafe sent me a 12 oz. bag of their whole bean organic Peruvian Rainforest Coffee to try out for all of you. This is a light-medium body coffee with a fruity, chocolaty aroma, lively acidity with a hint of cocoa and a clean finish. To use this coffee...you grind it up and then use 1-2 tablespoons per 6 fl. oz. of water.

I love how these coffees come packaged...sealed bags and then once you open them they are resealable. I also love how the expiration date is on the bottom of each bag...mine expires 12-28-2012 so I know it is fresh now! I had my hubby get busy making us a nice pot of coffee a few days ago and as it brewed my entire house smelled oh...so...good!

Once it was done we sat down to have a big cup of coffee with our morning breakfast and my husband immediately remarked how well he liked the taste of this coffee. It has a slightly sweet taste to it but it is definitely a medium body coffee if you ask us and that is the type of coffee we love! You could definitely tell that it was fresh...trust me folks, we have had stale coffee before and that is not good at all...this coffee was extremely fresh tasting!

It's an absolutely delicious coffee to have in the morning and throughout your day. We love premium coffees and have been drinking this coffee for over a week now and it's fantastic! I even served a pot of this coffee to my hubby's work crew last week and they gobbled it right down. Two of the guys even asked me for info about the coffee and where could they pick up a bag and I happily told them about Premium Organic Cafe!
