We are getting ready to move into our new house in early September and I have been really excited about finally using my brand new custom-built kitchen! Now that my kitchen is almost done, I have been going on a shopping frenzy to find some new kitchen tools.
One thing that really caught me eye today was the Kitchen Magic Twisty Whisk which looks perfect for both beginner and experienced cooks. Have any of you ever seen it or do any of you actually own one?
This hot looking whisk has a wooden handle and ropy, silicone covered wires. It is 12" long which I think is the perfect length for a good kitchen whisk! I love that it has the silicone covered wires which means that my batter, doughs and eggs won't stick to it. I just love silicone kitchen products!
My old wire whisk is the classic kind you see in just about every kitchen and I hate that my egg yolks and egg whites stick all over it when I am whipping eggs. Furthermore, It takes forever for me to get my egg whites to form stiff peaks. I think it's definitely time I replace that whisk with something more modern like the Kitchen Magic Twisty Whisk. Don't you?
What kind of whisk do you have? Is it doing a great job for you or is it time for you to replace yours too?
