I love the warm summertime months as it is a chance to spend time outdoors with our family and friends. Almost every weekend you can find us hosting a backyard barbecue and it is something that we enjoy.

Recently I was introduced to the company called COOKINA who sells a wonderful product called the Reusable Cooking Sheet which is perfect for your barbecue grill. Matter of fact, if you are tired of cleaning your grill grate and having your foods stick to it...this product is definitely for you!
This Reusable Cooking Sheet keeps your bbq grill and smoker clean! It is 100% non-stick and let me tell you...we tried it out several times now and NOTHING sticks to it! It is a great alternative to expensive aluminum foil which is not eco-friendly at all. It is ideal for grilling sticky marinated food!
The cooking sheet holds no odors and will keep your smaller foods out of the fire. Your foods will be more tender, juicier and tastier too! It is reusable, over and over again! To clean it...just rinse it under warm soapy water, towel dry. If it needs a little scrubbing, just use the included scour pad that comes with it. For storage, roll it up and slip the included COOKINA ring over it (looks like a napkin ring) and toss it into your drawer.

Just last weekend we used our COOKINA Reusable Cooking Sheet when we grilled up some barbecue chicken fillets and they turned out perfectly! They didn't stick, were evenly cooked and browned. A few days before that, my husband fried some eggs and sausage patties out on the grill using the cooking sheet and we had excellent results with that too!
I love that clean-up is a snap! I fill up my sink with some warm soapy water, give it a little scrubbing, rinse it off with clean water and towel dry. Just that quick is ready for the next round! It is a must-have item if you love to cook with your barbecue grill!
